charming hotel experience
cute staff atmospheric restaurant convenient bus
the staff was very cute. i found the atmospheric restaurant and bar area quite appealing. a bus stop located right outside was convenient (especially for exploring the surrounding areas).
i noticed the bus schedule was significantly reduced on sundays. it proved a minor inconvenience. the room i had was also quite small. there was a limited area to hang clothes, placed high up and difficult to reach.

the room featured a comfortable bed. i requested and received an additional pillow which was very helpful. a coffee machine with provided capsules offered excellent coffee (i used it every morning).

satisfactory stay with a few drawbacks
jazz theme helpful staff convenient bus untidied room unhappy desk
i totally enjoyed the jazz theme. it's everywhere in the hotel. the bus stop right outside was super convenient too. i could zoom down to the lake without any hassle. the staff were helpful, always answering questions.
my room wasn't tidied one day. i went out for a couple of hours, but they didn't replenish the coffee or water. also, the dark-haired guy at the reception desk looked unhappy. it was kinda off-putting you know?

varied food welcome drinks helpful staff
the breakfast was really satisfying with many options to choose from! i enjoyed the free welcome drinks and the riviera pass. the staff were really nice and helpful too!

clean room coffee machine sightseeing
i was really happy with how clean the room was. it was perfect. the coffee machine was a definite plus ,and i enjoyed having coffee in the room!

echoing corridors constant bus idling
i was initially charmed by the jazz theme, it had a certain character. the staff seemed friendly enough, especially at the bar in the evenings. however, the noise levels were a problem. the corridors echoed terribly whenever doors slammed shut. also, there was a bus stop right outside my window. buses idled and church bells chimed constantly at night. it made for very little sleep.

excessive noise unhelpful staff
My room faced the street. the noise was excessive! it really impacted my sleep. i also found the staff to be somewhat unhelpful at check-in. I was not informed about the riviera passes. i felt this was a crucial omission.

the room had a balcony, its view was lovely. i found the breakfast quite good, though simple, it featured quality products.
